The protection of your personal data is very important to us, which is why, along with quality content, we also guarantee your right to make your own decisions about the use of your data.
This privacy policy governs the collection, storage and processing of personal data collected by the operator from users.
Personal data is any data that relates to a specific natural person (individual), regardless of the form in which it is displayed. These are data on the basis of which we can identify the person.

Use, extent and purpose of storage and processing
We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, marketing information via e-mail, promoting sales, profiling customers with the aim of offering customized content and products to customers in e-mail and on websites.
With the sent electronic messages, we record the display of the received messages on the individual's page and the clicks on the links in the received messages. For a better and more targeted offer and to adapt further messages, we automatically process, analyze, profile and evaluate the interest of our customers in the sent messages. We do not make automated decisions based on recorded data and created profiles.
For the purpose of notification by e-mail, we keep:
- email address
- name
- surname
- address
- phone number
- mobile number
- the company in which the customers are employed
- gender
We collect personal data with express consent or by the consent of individuals. We store consents together with their content and the content of the form with which they were obtained.
Personal data is used by our following departments:
- Sales
- Marketing
- Customer support
Storage period
Collections of personal data are kept in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and are not exported to other countries.
We keep the personal data of the individual until the consent for the storage and processing of the individual's data is revoked. After revoking an individual's consent, we immediately and permanently delete their personal data.
If the purposes described above, for which we store and process personal data, cease in our company, we will immediately and permanently delete the data collections whose purpose has ceased.
We keep data on the display of received messages and clicks on links in received messages for 12 months after sending the message.
Rights of the individual (person)
Any individual can request their data at any time:

- Correction
- Complete deletion
- Transfer to another provider of related services
- Interruption of processing and storage or revocation of consent for processing and storage, without affecting the legality of the processing, which is based on consent or performed the consent until its cancellation.
In the event that our company would like to further process personal data for a purpose other than the purpose for which the personal data was collected, we will provide the individual with information about this other purpose and any further relevant information as provided before such further processing of the data in this document.
